Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your space organization products. You may return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-designed products may have different return terms that will be specified at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at chat@personalrystoree.world or call +1 703 417 8876. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. All returns must be authorized before shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Custom and Consultation Services

Space organization consultation services and custom-designed solutions are non-refundable once services have been rendered or work has begun. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work to address them.
